Weekly Forms
Print A4 paper forms with a QR code per zone. Leaders fill the paper at the meeting, then snap or tap the QR to submit attendance in 5 seconds — no typing, no login.
Print this week (2026-06-01)
One A4 page per zone. 66 pages total if you print all divisions.
1. Fill the printed form at the meeting (count, new members, visitors, prayer requests, testimonies).
2. After the meeting, point any phone camera at the QR code.
3. The phone opens the magic link with zone + date already filled in. The leader just confirms the count and taps Submit. Full attendance logged in under 10 seconds.
4. Keep the paper for your records or hand it to your division head as a backup.
Use the browser's File > Print dialog. Set margins to Default, scale to 100%, and enable Background graphics so the QR codes print solid. The page is sized for A4 portrait.
